- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process, and promptly addressing inquiries related to hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of room categories, rates, and hotel products to effectively assist guests and handle verification of identities and room key issuance.
- Accurately manage cash floats and compile reports while adhering to the Personal Data Protection Act to ensure confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior towards guests and colleagues, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols, hotel security procedures, and the Hotel Property Management System (Infor HMS).
- Support the reservation process after office hours and take on additional duties as assigned to maintain operational efficiency.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Must Degree Holder
- Well-groomed and possesses a cheerful disposition
- Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the work shift
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skill
Pay: $2,750.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Performance bonus
- Bachelor's or equivalent (Required)
- Front desk in Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
