JOB OVERVIEW:
Join our new golf driving range located in Arena Country Club Upper Jurong , Singapore! As we launch our operations, we are looking for passionate and friendly individuals to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our customers. As a Front Desk Officer , you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an outstanding experience from arrival to departure, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and have a passion for golf or sports.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related fields is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service, friendly, approachable, proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to speak multiple languages is a significant plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and attention to detail

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the driving range
Assist guests with check-in, equipment rentals, and any inquiries they may have
Provide information about our services, promotions, and upcoming events
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and guest facilities
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Promote membership packages and upsell services when appropriate
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service
Participate in training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
