Job Description:
As the Front of House Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and members, providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day running of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Job Description:
As the Front of House Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and members, providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day running of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting members, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Handling bookings, registrations, and payments for classes and events
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and memberships
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
- Coordinating with coaches and management to ensure smooth class operations
- Responding to member feedback and resolving any issues efficiently
- Promoting upcoming programs, classes, and events
- Hosting Birthday Parties
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer software
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
- Knowledge of gymnastics is an advantage, but not required
