Stag Match® is looking for an independent ,team player and experienced Full Time Account cum Administrator (Education)
Responsibilities
  • Able to do full set of accounting ( including salary preparation )
  • Responsible for supporting the functional team on daily administration matters / tasks in a meticulous manner.
  • Finance (Invoicing to clients and ensuring timely payment)
  • Proper Book-keeping of the business and payroll
  • Preparing Monthly Account Report
  • Support functional teams on the daily operational tasks which includes: Administration (Proper filing system and Organise and schedule meetings)
  • Interact and coordinate effectively with clients / stakeholder on business and administrative matters
  • Assist with documentation and submission of reports to the management, when required
  • Respond to enquiries and feedback
  • Administrative documentation
  • Coordinating on Grant application and submission.
  • Customers and admin coordination
Skills and Experience Required:
  • At least a year of related working experience ( in account ) . Those with experience in the WSQ Administrative will have an added advantage
  • Possess good initiative, outgoing and a great team player
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting and general management skills
  • Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude
  • Able to work independently and as well as a team player
  • Must have some accounting experience .

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
