We’re looking for a talented Game Producer to join our innovative team and help drive our ongoing commitment to quality and innovation in the gaming world.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire game development process from concept to launch
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Coordinate between different teams including designers, developers, artists, and QA
- Ensure games meet quality standards and align with market expectations
- Identify and resolve production issues proactively
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into our games
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our game portfolio
- Rapidly develop and iterate on game prototypes to test new concepts
- Proven experience as a Game Producer or in a similar role in the mobile gaming industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Deep understanding of the game development process and casual gaming market
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives
- Fluent in English and proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with counterparts in the China office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient coding skills and ability to quickly create game prototypes
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Cocos Familiarity with scripting languages commonly used in game development (e.g., C#, Type Script)
