Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Generative AI Intern to lead the implementation of AI initiatives within our organization. This role will focus on analyzing existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and mapping out how generative AI solutions can enhance operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong understanding of AI technologies.
We are a Singapore headquartered entity with subsidiaries across 6 countries, with an annual revenue of close to S$50m.
We have narrowed down on the Gen AI platform to deploy pending final decision. This platform will be connected to our existing systems including salesforce.com, our corporate Gmail, Net Suite and other applications.
We envisage this to be a eight month project for phase one. The candidate should be prepared to commit 16 hours per week for this project from December 2024 to July 2025.
At the end of this Phase One project, candidate will have successfully implemented the Gen AI platform and we will be happy to write a special letter of commendation for your CV. Boasting rights included upon completion.

- Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps that illustrate how generative AI can enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across various departments.
- Collaborate: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
- Motivate Teams: Inspire and educate staff on the benefits, applications, and best practices of generative AI technologies.
- Assess Needs: Identify business challenges suitable for AI solutions, develop pilot projects, and measure their impact on operational performance.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI to guide strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven interest in project management, process improvement, and AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess workflows and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to drive change, foster a culture of experimentation, and promote innovation within the organization.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms is highly desirable.
