Team Introduction
The Internal Audit team plans and executes audit projects according to audit plan and risk assessments by evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of current-state financial, compliance, and operational processes and controls. We advise business functions in addressing risks and control violations, developing solid solutions, and tracking and reporting on the progress of the process and compliance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Internal Audit’s risk assessment and planning process to develop the audit plan for responsible business areas and ensure the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
• Oversee the execution of individual audits defined in the audit plan ensuring the highest level of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Issue Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
• Present and communicate critical audit observations with senior management, and collect and response risk inputs from management for the responsible business areas.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and above or other relevant certification preferred (e.g. Certified Internal Audit, Certified Public Accountant, ACCA, CISA).
• Internet or other high-tech and fast paced industry experience is mandatory due to the nature of the role.
• More than 15 years of experience in operational audits is required.
• Prior experience in team management is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with employees, upper management and external auditors.
• Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Experienced in leveraging data analysis for conducting in-depth audits and implementing continuous monitoring mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with global teams / MNC experience is preferred.
• SOX experience is a valuable addition.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills.
