Program Overview: Our graduate internship/training & recruitment program exposes participants to real business environments across all departments. Interns will tackle real-life challenges, participate in Fit-Gap analysis, business consulting, solutioning, engage with business leaders, and learn about top-tier business systems and automation solutions. The program is designed to develop highly sought-after skills and prepare you for a successful career in almost all industries including trading, distribution, manufacturing, F&B, healthcare, retail, marine, oil & gas, services, and heavy industries.
Job Scope & Learning Outcomes:
- Participate in project discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Engage in workshops, training sessions, and client interactions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop solutioning skills.
- Create functional specifications and process flowcharts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to hand over development requirements and ensure quality assurance.
- Perform solution walkthroughs with clients.
- Gain hands-on experience in diverse projects, enhancing skills rapidly.
- Enthusiastic individuals with a strong interest in technology, problem-solving, and teamwork.
