Evo owns a few CPG brands focusing on high quality supplements. We’re currently operating in 10 markets and our team members are based out of Singapore and Indonesia. We have past experience working in big tech companies which includes Grab, Tiktok, Zalora, Food Panda, Fave, Shopee, etc.


Our hero product, bback (previously known as Bounceback), is currently one of the fastest growing CPG brands in SEA and is loved by bankers, traders, influencers and bartenders with a high efficacy rate against hangover post drinking. Our aim is to become the Redbull of hangover recovery, making hangover remedies accessible to drinkers worldwide.


We’re big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers. Job Description
Strategy & Planning - Working closely with brand managers, media buying and copywriting teams to work out the campaign strategy and brief to hit business objectives of all Evo Commerce brands and products


Research & Validation (5%) - Look into other brands that have done similar campaigns and find inspirations to how they do the campaigns. This gives indication to how you want to build the designs.


Graphic Design, UI/UX & Motion Graphics (90%) - Developing high-quality creative concepts, simple motion graphics and videos, and layouts in line with overall brand and campaign requirements, both for print and digital media. This spans across multiple social media platforms, website optimisation (UI/UX) offline creatives and collaterals in multiple markets.


Documentation - Writing clear documentation to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, and achieve it for easier retrieval of the campaign collaterals.


Product team support (10%) - Creating product and packaging design for new products or localising products in various different markets. This role will work closely with product managers and scientists to make sure that the right messaging and brand voice is created.


Job Requirements

• A degree, work experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design
• 4-6 years of experience building up creatives and collaterals.
• Design experience in consumer goods with beauty/lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Creative in nature, generating ideas, concepts and solutions
• Have good communication skills (English), both written and verbal
• Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin & Chinese), written and visual communication
• Be truly collaborative, able to work with other creatives, brainstorming and sharing ideas (physical or with remote teams) – you should be able to work independently should the project require
• Thrives and innovates under challenging deadlines, especially in a startup environment.
• High proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Canva
• Experience with video editing is a plus
