Contract: 12 months (Renewable)

Salary: $2,300 - $3,900 per month
AWS: Entitled for 1 month for every 12 months continuous service
Working Hours: 12 Hours Rotating Shift (7.40am to 7.40pm, 7.40pm to 7.40am)
Working Days: 15 working days per 30 days (Work 2 days, Rest 2 days)
What’s the role?
Grease:

• Participate and guide contractor in grease manufacturing (GMP), ensuring full compliance to site and other specific requirements.
• Execute production according to plan with minimal disruptions and downtime.
• Perform daily checks, troubleshooting and operational maintenance (oil level top-up, greasing, cleaning, swivel joints etc) for manufacturing equipment and utilities and raise notification for defects or abnormal conditions.
• Operate and maintain GMP Utilities
• Monitor availability of packaging materials, additive inventory and other consumables.
• Coordinate / initiate replenishment as required.
• Demonstrate safe behaviors and report incidents accordingly
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by Shift supervisors or Line Manager

Utilities:

• Face to face shift Taking over & Handing Over and maintaining handover log
• HSSE issues & Sharing to Operators.
• Utilities System Operation Site Observation
• PTW approval, checks and enforcement.
• Ensure System & Carry out Isolation as per PTW.
• Raise Notification
• Firewater System Daily Checks
• Portable & NE Water System Checks
• MMF & Softener System Checks
• Dearator & Boiler Systems Checks including HMI graphics
• Air compressors daily system checks
• CPI System checks
• Steam system checks
• Water chemistry System sampling and analysis
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by Shift supervisors or Line Manager

What we need from you?

• Must legal authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship of work/employment visa requirement.
• Those with a Boiler Class Attendant 2 preferred.
• ITE/NITEC in Engineering, Higher NITEC in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering
• Willing to work outdoor under weather condition and rotating shift
• Positive working attitude
