Are you passionate about the beauty industry and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others? Join our team at Beauty Garage, a leading supplier of professional beauty products and equipment in Singapore and Southeast Asia. We’re looking for a dedicated Hair Product Educator to train salon professionals on our premium hair product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit salons to provide hands-on training and support specifically for our hair product range.
- Conduct engaging demonstrations and training sessions for salon staff on product usage and techniques.
- Introduce new hair products to salons and build strong and lasting relationships with salon clients.
- Gather client feedback on product performance to help improve our offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to stay up-to-date on the latest hair care trends and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hair salon industry, ideally with hands-on experience in a hair salon.
- Good understanding of hair products and their application.
- Proficiency in hair washing, color application, and treatment techniques, with the ability to conduct detailed product demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and train salon staff.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to suit various learning styles. Willingness to travel frequently for salon visits.
