Head of Compliance( 10yrs+, Urgent hiring, Fintech)

My client is looking for a senior compliance leader in their Singapore office.
  • New headcount for global expansion in Singapore;
  • Leadership role
  • Attractive compensation;
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee compliance matters for the group, including CDD/EDD, KYT, and AML/CFT.
  • Develop and implement regional compliance policies in accordance with VARA regulations.
  • Serve as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the same domain and industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with global stakeholders from English and Chinese-speaking regions.
