You will:
- Support our CFO in managing Fin Ops & Treasury on market expansion strategies and executing licensing, partnerships and M&A opportunities
- Manage and mentor a team of treasury and Fin Ops professionals across jurisdictions, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Oversees overall settlement operations and chargeback process
- Streamline and optimise business process and operations, i Identify and manage risks
- Define and calibrate operational metrics on KPIs and OKRs for efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze (often ambiguous, unstructured) operational and business problems to identify areas for commercial growth, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
- Create and maintain documentation related to operational processes and improvements
- Implement automation strategies to minimise manual processes and optimise operational efficiency in payment workflows. Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure Fin Ops and treasury requirements are built into the payment product lifecycle.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial operations and treasury management, preferably within fintech, payments, or banking sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation workflows, with experience in high-volume transaction environments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-starter who can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on
