Role Description
As the Head of Product, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Rev Ops, sales, and marketing, to deliver impactful and scalable products. This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for not only developing the product roadmap but also building, mentoring and growing the product team as we continue to expand.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  • Lead product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, Rev Ops, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights and market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Develop and implement a customer feedback loop to ensure continuous product iteration and improvement.
  • Build, manage and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  • Own the product lifecycle and prioritize the product backlog to balance quick wins with long-term innovation.
  • Work closely with the executive team to communicate progress, product KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competition to ensure our product remains competitive and relevant.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have a combination of experience, expertise, and a passion for product leadership in the tech space (ideally Prop Tech). They should possess:
  • Prop Tech Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience in the Prop Tech industry, with a track record of building and scaling digital products that transform the real estate or property management space.
  • Startup Experience: Proven experience working in well-established startups, preferably in the Prop Tech or real estate technology sector, where you have been part of scaling products and teams in dynamic environments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
  • Product Vision: Strong ability to create and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with both short-term goals and long-term strategic objectives, particularly within the context of Prop Tech innovation.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of customer pain points within the property and real estate industry, and a history of using customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Growth-Minded: A mindset focused on scaling products, operations, and teams, with a willingness to dive into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in Prop Tech, and the ability to leverage this knowledge to build cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • A degree from a top-tier university in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar). An advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a fast-growing and well-established tech startup.
  • Strong track record of shipping successful products in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience building and scaling product teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, proficient in data-driven decision-making.
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and building products that make a difference.
