We are seeking a talented Industrial Designer who is passionate about innovation and user-centered design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our products and contribute to a global market.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Junior Level: At least 2 years of experience in industrial/product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably Rhinoceros), rendering, and sketching.
- Senior Level: Over 10 years of experience in industrial/product design, with a proven track record of leading design innovation and driving the development of industry-leading products.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Industrial Design or a related field.

Skills:
- Strong 3D CAD skills, particularly in Rhinoceros.
- Proficiency in rendering and sketching.
- A keen sense of ergonomics, proportion, layout, and user experience.
- Experience in UI and graphic design is an advantage.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior designers (for senior candidates).

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced development environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Designers in this role will merge style with user experience in their creations, contributing to a wide range of projects including control solutions and other broad industry products.
- Candidates will have the opportunity to learn and design for global market expectations with the support of an innovative and experienced development team.
- Senior candidates will have the opportunity to lead design innovation activities, guiding the direction of our products and mentoring junior designers.
- Selected candidates will be required to present samples of their work, including 3D models, renderings, and sketches.
