Specification Management & Compliance organization ensures strategic and sustainable ingredient management; take accountability for raw material specifications compliance globally for the SN division; enhance efficiency in Specification management by implementing new ways of working across Strategic supplier development, Quality, R&D and Supply points. The Specification Management organization enhances expertise and seniority within the Specification teams worldwide, to drive the process of specifications with high quality standard in a cross-functional environment.

Primary Overview

• Supporting raw material monitoring programs which include sample management and results tracking

• Implementation of Cybele in AMEA

• Drive internal discussion to finalize nutrient matrix of dairy and plant-based proteins ingredients

• Part of Global team SN Dairy Ingredients

• Ensure full food safety and regulatory compliance of Specialized Nutrition Ingredient specifications used in Danone factories in the region, to ensure highest standards of finished products for customers

• Build and maintain effective working relationship with internal (Purchasing, Quality and R&D teams) and external partners (suppliers, technology partners) for excellence in execution

Key Responsibilities
About you

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related fields is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in dairy ingredients, dairy conversion processes/technologies, dairy cost drivers and regulation in nutrition/food industry
• Preferably Dairy specifications development experience with a strong focus on material quality, food safety and regulatory compliance on a global scale
• Experience in Artemis/SAP/Optiva systems and Power BI is a plus
• Excellent team working and communication skills in a non-hierarchical, cross functional and highly international environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to work in a multi - cultural dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented is a must
