Inside Sales Associate

We offer digital marketing solutions and social media management to help businesses reach out to our audience.
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
Benefits:
- Research and identify potential clients
- Source for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, and follow up to nurture leads
- Tailor sales pitches to align with the customer’s needs
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate field sales executives for further development and closure
- Working closely with marketing, support, product development, and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve product offerings
- Knows about market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales techniques and strategies accordingly
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Other ad-hoc marketing duties as required
- Independent - able to work independently without supervision to meet deadlines
- Teamwork - excellent verbal and written communication skills and willing to strive as a team
- Creative - always thinking of new ideas to approach outbound leads
- Self-discipline - able to work from home without distraction
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Knows about current market trends and competitor activity
- Well versed in English (Japanese language skills is a plus, but not a must)
- Interest in Japanese culture
- Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have a computer and wifi available at home
- Able to work at least 4 days, 15 hours per week
- Based in Singapore
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
