Inspection Planner - Singapore

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Read the Part / Product drawing / Process to understand its requirements, critical & non-critical dimensions, surface finish requirements, Heat treatment requirements, Geometric tolerances, Product Datums,
- Broad understanding of the product, to do the tests efficiently,
- Must be familiar with all types of measuring / testing instruments / equipments & their limitations,
- To monitor, test and inspect products to make sure they meet specified standards,
- To make sure that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes,
- Inspect, measure, sample materials or assembled parts or products being produced for defects and deviations from specifications,
- Preparation of detailed Inspection reports as required,
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards based on the requirements,
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process, wherever feasible,
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
- Work directly with quality assurance supervisors, analyzing manufacturing processes for improvement using various methods of testing and inspection.
- Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
- Should have an effective communication, Process driven, Excellent attention to detail,
