Institutional Equity Sales - Associate

- Coverage of institutional clients for both equity cash and derivative products
- Interaction with global trading and research franchises as well as equity capital market team.
- Manage and develop client relationships and understand new business ideas that maybe relevant.
- Work with trading and structuring on a wide array of derivative and custom solutions, managing internal workflow post-trade with Operations and Credit.
- Coverage will be across all major institutional client types have a focus on hedge funds and clients who needs equity derivatives idea and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, related academic discipline is preferred
- 4 years of experience in Institutional Sales
- Able to work independently and communicate with client and internal stakeholders such as business team, Legal/Compliance, Finance/Treasury etc. and with head office
- In-depth knowledge of Global Markets products
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill on both written and verbal, Chinese and English.
