- Alongside the design principal and project manager, provide technical guidance to the design team members for a complex scale mixed use project;
- Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments, monitor the delivery of the project with the PM and QA/QC of architectural drawing production to firm-wide standards;
- Coordinate with specialist consultants;
- Demonstrate proficiency in CAD and BIM as well as graphic design software for the production of construction drawings, visualization and presentation materials;
- Develop and monitor architectural plans and drawings with compliance to local codes and regulations, environmental rules, safety issues and other design and construction-related factors.
- Master of Architecture degree or foreign post-graduate equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Design or related field.
- Possess (Six) or more years of relevant work experience which or more of post-graduate experience in a leading design and/or technical role on large, complex mixed-use projects with multi-disciplinary teams;
- Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Revit, Illustrator, Naviswork, Sketchup, Indesign, Auto CAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Newforma;
- Grasshopper and Enscape software experience a plus
- Familiarity with relevant international and local codes and regulations;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, planning and documentation skills in English
