Project Title: Realtime Defect Data Processing, Analysis, Visualization and Automation


Project Description and Scope:
Understand semiconductor fundamentals & RDA (Realtime Defect Analysis) fundamentals and acquire basic wafer fabrication process knowledge
Collaborate with cross functional team to develop data analysis tools
Build automated defect analysis tools (defect trend monitoring, defect variation & deviation analysis, defect to probe failure analysis)
Generate productivity tools to simplify/automate repetitive tasks for RDA.
End to end project development skillsets including database management, algorithm development & web user-interface (UI) design


Learning Opportunities:
Acquire semiconductor fundamentals/RDA fundamentals and wafer fabrication process knowledge
Basic understanding of defect analysis, statistical process control and inline deviations control
Apply programming skillset into providing practical solutions for data analysis and visualization
Opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers across different functional organization


Deliverables:
Develop Automated Tools for Defect Analysis & Productivity Improvement


Skillset Require: Python/R languages. Good to have: Tableau, RPA (Robotic process automation)
Strong passion to deep dive novel analytical solutions through programming and translating it into true impact.
Strong customer focus and communication skills
Strong interest in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
