Who we are
Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole CIB) is the corporate and investment banking arm of Crédit Agricole Group, world’s 12th largest bank by total assets.
The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users.
The candidate will be involved with many front line IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The candidate will also be in touch with business users, infrastructure engineer and system managers.
The candidate will join the Singapore Capital Market CIBOS (Calypso as International Back-Office System) team in charge of supporting the Back Office (BO) system used for Foreign e Xchange and Money Markets activities. The team is managing the interfaces with various upstream and downstream system and also of key BO tasks such as Confirmations, Payments, Regulatory Reporting, Accounting and Reconciliation reports.
The team works closely with other upstream and downstream systems such as – Front Office applications (BLOFI, KONDOR+, OMEGA, ORCHESTRADE…), Back-Office applications (SUMMIT…), Teams managing referencial Market data (CARD, SDI, MDA Bond…) and Middle-Office Systems (RTP, GLORY, RDJ...)

- Learn about Capital Market Back Office activities: interfacing with different upstream and down stream systems, handling of client confirmation and payments, accounting entries generation, transactional reporting, Regulatory requirements and purpose of reconciliation activities b/w FO & BO – opportunity to learn end-to-end investment banking workflows.

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, including Business Analysts, Support Analysts, Developers, Dev Ops Engineers, etc.

Candidates should have:
- Understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Basic knowledge of Java, PL/SQL & Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent Aptitude, Curious to learn and inquisitive.
- Autonomous, self motivated and excellent team player.
- Fluency in English - as acting in a multi-cultural environment.
