Internship – AIOps at Factory Integration Operation Center
FULL TIME & CONTRACT
October 7, 2024
- Observe FI Operation Center in ticket handling process from creation to resolution through interviews with factories end users, IT service desk and FI backend operation center
- Apply System Design Thinking concept, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) tools in data management, modelling and operationalization to experiment/prototype a Chat GPT
- Facilitate incident management , automate issue troubleshooting with self-remediation where possible
- Provide digital conversation with end users to answer simple user inquiries and maintain knowledge base with up-to-date information for system troubleshooting
Internship learning outcomes:
- System Design Thinking concept
- IT Service Management Framework
- Understanding of the incident and problem ticket handling process and tool used
- Explore and Apply Chat GPT Technology – Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM)
- Work with various functional teams such as our IT service desk, factory users, operation support team across multiple locations
- Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / Computer Engineering
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset
- Knowledge of Chat GPT Technology , programming skills in NLP/LLM/Python/R-programming
- Preferably knowledge in System Design Thinking
