- Support the team in analysing financial data, preparing reports, and identifying trends and insights to aid decision-making processes.
- Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to analyse large financial datasets, create visualisations, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for product development strategies.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project delivery.
- Enhance user experience through user acceptance testing to identify areas for process improvement and streamlining.
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required.
Secured Loans/Trade/Cards
- Pre and Post Campaigns Data Preparation and Analysis
- Product Market Landscape Analysis and Strategy
- Monthly MAS regulation maintenance
- Client Engagement – Perform Voice of Customers Project to improve customer journeys
- Draft and follow through various projects’ user requirements and UAT
Job Requirements:
- Able to conduct independent research for a thoughtful analysis
- Comfortable with Excel to automate reporting processes
- To support with campaigns rollout and post campaign analysis for accounts, collections and payments
- To support remediation efforts (where necessary) to ensure high data quality
LOS

- Able to conduct independent research for a thoughtful analysis
- Comfortable with Excel to automate reporting processes
- Assist in administrative HR task for business resource augmentation
