Job Summary: The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring robust application support and cybersecurity measures, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with IT experience for corporate & subsidiaries regarding designing and deploying hardware and software systems that support the organization’s requirements
- Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure systems to ensure they remain operational and secure
- Developing disaster recovery plans and procedures in conjunction with other IT professionals (CSIRT) for corporate & subsidiaries.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems as they arise, either independently or in collaboration with other IT professionals
- Keeping abreast of technological advancements and emerging trends in hardware, software, security and systems management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server hardware, and operating systems
- Familiarity with security best practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRT) is a priorieized.
