Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Summary:
The position is a member of Animal Care team and stationed at the Wildlife Nutrition Center (WNC). The position contributes to the health and welfare of the animals under Mandai’s care by assisting in the quality control, preparation, and delivery of quality food to our animals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Animal Feed Assistant and Senior Animal Feed Assistant in preparing the food for animals, food deliveries, receiving food that are ordered, performing food quality check and feedback issues to vendors where needed.
  • Work closely with Wildlife Nutrition Centre and Driver in ensuring the driving safety or colleagues and animals, maintaining vehicles condition and deliver and collect food in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' levels and above
  • Heavy lifting (up to 25kg) is required
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work outdoors where necessary
  • Added advantage for applicants with a valid Class 3 driving license
