Junior Animal Feed Assistant - Singapore Zoo/Rainforest Wild Asia

Summary:
The position is a member of Animal Care team and stationed at the Wildlife Nutrition Center (WNC). The position contributes to the health and welfare of the animals under Mandai’s care by assisting in the quality control, preparation, and delivery of quality food to our animals.

Work closely with Animal Feed Assistant and Senior Animal Feed Assistant in preparing the food for animals, food deliveries, receiving food that are ordered, performing food quality check and feedback issues to vendors where needed.

Work closely with Wildlife Nutrition Centre and Driver in ensuring the driving safety or colleagues and animals, maintaining vehicles condition and deliver and collect food in a timely manner.
- Minimum GCE 'N' levels and above
- Heavy lifting (up to 25kg) is required
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work outdoors where necessary
- Added advantage for applicants with a valid Class 3 driving license
