Junior Associate ( Finance and Admin)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Junior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in finance and general office operations, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Duties:
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
- Housekeeping of Directors offices
- Provide general administrative support.
- Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchases.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings.
- ITE in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office administration procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sharing of documents on icloud and google drive.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
- Salary Range: SGD 2,000 - SGD 2,500 depending on experience

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
