Landscape Project Manager

- Meet with clients to understand their requirements of project.
- Liaise with relevant clients, contractors, and workers.
- Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Prepare work schedules and service reports.
- Overlook landscaping projects according to clients’ requirements.
- Inspect project progress on-site to check and report on project.
- Make amendments for the landscape design based on clients’ requirements.
- Check plant supply, pricing, and quantity.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotation.
- Liaise with operations manager.
- Provide additional support when necessary.
- Ad-hoc duties if necessary.
- Higher NITEC/Diploma in Landscape Design/Horticulture or relevant diplomas/work experience.
- Outstanding portfolio of work
- Proficiency in relevant design software applications.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Have good plant knowledge and/or willing to learn
- Attention to details
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Horticulture: 2 years (Preferred)
- 100% (Preferred)
