Marketing and Logistics Assistant (Permanent Part-time, Flexible hours)

Founded and spearheaded by Singapore University Social Sciences students, Social Gifting is set to create a community where crafting can bring people together, enable impact and enrich communities.

Social Gifting provides free crafting sessions to co-create exquisite handmade gifts with warriors, empowering them to build on their strengths and enabling them to live an enriching life with dignity. They include warriors who are fighting their battles in autism, mental illness, physical disabilities, caregivers, and seniors in social isolation.

We are looking for part-timers to assist with:

Orders fulfilment (website and corporate orders)
Photo-taking and updating new products on Shopify, Google my Business, and Social Media
Maintain good customer relationships with clients through emails and social media platforms
Ensure stock accuracy by maintaining Excel stocklist
Crafting with seniors at Senior Activity Centre

Requirements:

No work experience required
Good written and spoken communication skills
Organized, independent, reliable, resourceful, willing to learn, and a good team player
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills with the willingness to adapt to change
Proficient in MS office

Others :

Lunch provided, flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
Walking distance from Dover MRT station
Salary: $8.50/hour
