Marketing & Business Assistant

- Maintain effective communication with Singapore government agencies and relevant departments to ensure the company’s local compliance and to seek policy support.
- Represent the company in handling government affairs, coordinating external relations, and maintaining a positive company image.
- Assist in the company’s business development in Singapore by establishing and maintaining partnerships with local design firms and other collaborators to support project execution.
- Participate in local exhibitions and business events to actively promote the company brand and expand market resources.
- Support the recruitment of local talent in Singapore as needed by the business to aid in building a localized team.
- Age: 25-30 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, any major (business background preferred).
- Language Requirements: Proficient in both Mandarin and English for professional use; knowledge of Thai, Indonesian, or Malay is a plus.
- Work Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in multinational companies, external relations, government relations, or market support.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of establishing strong relationships with government entities, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong market awareness and business development sense, able to identify and drive new collaboration opportunities.
- High adaptability and execution ability, with the capacity to independently manage multiple tasks to support the company’s local growth objectives.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
