Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the regular updates and distribution of Marketing Materials (fund factsheets, presentations)
- Maintain and update the CRM system and mailing lists
- Work with investment and distribution team and senior management to create marketing materials
- Create and manage content for social media platforms and company website
- Help in the coordination and support of roadshows and events
- Learn about VPAM investment strategies and products
- Participate in client meetings
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform marketing strategy
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- Experience working in a marketing or similar role preferably in financial institutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
