We’ve got an opening.
Sqkii is known for our flagship #Hunt The Mouse campaign that gives away cold, hard cash to players who find hidden coins. If you’ve seen people squatting in random spots, walking around with metal detectors, or sticking their heads under tables… you’ve probably seen one of our games in action. Besides our hunts, we also create custom games that bring players on other real-life adventures and virtual journeys through their mobile screens — they’re also super cool, just ask the mouse.
Right now, we’re bringing #Hunt The Mouse beyond the shores of Singapore to other cities across Asia-Pacific. We visited 5 cities in just Q2 2023 alone, and oh boy do we have big plans ahead. Big plans = bigger team, so we’re on the hunt (ha) for someone who wants to hop onto this thrilling ride.
As our Marketing Lead (Branding), you’ll set the tone for how our brand is perceived, ensuring that every piece of communication captures our creative spirit. Your knack for compelling storytelling, passion for bold ideas, and ability to execute flawlessly will elevate our campaigns from great to extraordinary. With a strategic yet playful approach, you'll oversee our social media presence, coordinate with PR agencies, and spearhead out-of-home advertising initiatives, all while holding the highest standards in execution. Think Don Draper, but in the digital age — because that’s exactly what we need to build a brand that leaves a lasting impression.

What you’ll be doing:
- Create and lead out-of-the-box marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, that captivate and engage audiences across various platforms.
- Own the brand narrative and ensure that all communications are aligned with our unique voice and creative vision.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community management, ensuring our channels are buzzing with activity and engagement.
- Manage relationships with public relations agencies to amplify our brand presence and handle media inquiries and opportunities with finesse.
- Design and execute impactful out-of-home advertising, evaluating key locations and message effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and continuously iterate to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, pushing for high standards in every aspect of marketing.
- Stay informed on marketing trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform and refine strategies.
- Challenge the status quo with data-backed, compelling ideas that set our brand apart in the marketplace.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on branding, creative campaign development, and social media.
- A strong portfolio showcasing original, high-impact marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain the thought process behind creative decisions.
- A strategic yet imaginative thinker, unafraid to push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and how to leverage data for decision-making.
- Proven experience collaborating with external vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the Singapore market and cultural nuances to tailor campaigns effectively.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
