The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to execute high-impact marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Content Marketing & Communications:
- Develop and oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences across various stages of the buyer’s journey.

Oversee the management of the company’s website and social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising, to optimize online visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and regular reporting.

Collaborate with product teams to ensure digital assets are updated and aligned with product launches and enhancements.
- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Manage external vendors and partners (agencies, designers, copywriters) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall brand positioning and corporate objectives.
- Contribute to the overall brand development, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and market strategy.

Assist in managing public relations efforts and partnerships with industry influencers, events, and media outlets.
- Track key marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to refine future strategies.

Use data to drive continuous improvement, optimizing marketing spend and activities to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey from awareness to purchase.
- Support broader marketing team efforts by managing projects and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for customer engagement and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce), and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and optimizing for growth.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of success in launching and scaling new products or services within the Fin Tech or blockchain space.

Understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and their impact on marketing activities.
