KOL/Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and engage suitable KOLs/influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.
- Develop and manage collaboration strategies, coordinating campaigns and monitoring performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and agency partners to foster brand advocacy.

Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content in alignment with the marketing calendar, ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagement.

Content Development & Campaign Support:
- Support marketing campaigns by creating marketing materials, including digital assets, graphics, and video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing objectives and promotions.
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze and interpret data from campaigns, presenting actionable insights and performance summaries to optimize future strategies.

Administrative & Support Tasks:
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and tracking KOL and social media marketing expenses.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
