M&E and Security System Manager

- Responsible for the planning, design, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of building services and security systems.
- Works closely with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team to ensure timely completion.
- Reviews M&E and security system design and coordinates with client for design approval
- Manages field engineers and supervisors Plans and manages temporary works.
- Monitor progress and quality of all M&E and security system works to ensure compliance to project and statutory requirements .
- Attends meetings with client, authorities, subcontractors and consultants.
- Preferably university graduate in Electrical/Security/Computer Engineering or IT recognised by PEB Singapore.
- Five years of experience in design, coordination, installation and testing of HVAC, MEP, fire safety, security and electrical systems for commercial buildings.
- Familiar with use of BIM for construction
- Able to work in team environment
