Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships by negotiating pricing and terms to secure a cost-effective product supply chain.
Continuously research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to inform product selection and development.
Identify and recommend new product opportunities based on market insights and trends.
Work closely with designers to create visually appealing product displays, packaging, and marketing materials that resonate with our clients.
Develop pricing strategies that strike a balance between profitability and market competitiveness.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to track product performance, making necessary adjustments and improvements based on data insights.
Conduct continuous market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior, identifying emerging product categories for potential expansion of our product offering.
Plan and execute product launches, coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions to ensure successful product introductions.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
To assist in promoting product offerings within the gift market by providing support for marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
Ensure rigorous quality control standards for products introduced for sale in Singapore.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling client proposals, leveraging your insights and product knowledge.

Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant work experience in product operations, marketing, or a similar field.
Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Design, or related disciplines.
Strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for design, especially in creating visually appealing product displays and packaging.
Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate with suppliers in China.
We're looking for someone who loves navigating various social media platforms to stay on top of the latest trends and insights, especially on platforms like Xiao Hong Shu
