Collaborative Working Environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and evaluate clinical-based education to meet the competency and learning needs
- Facilitate induction, supervise and support for nurses by delivering an appropriate induction and Continuing Nursing Education program
- Perform clinical supervision and regular assessment of nurses' competencies
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education Design curriculum, incorporating active and creative learning methods, evaluation and innovation in nursing education
Requirements:
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Degree in Nursing.
- Certificate / Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education
- At least 2 to 4 years experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator
- Meticulous and accurate.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Able to perform under pressure. Experience as a preceptor / clinical instructor
