Job Responsibilities
- Good Knowledge of Italian cuisine, with expertise in wine & spirits
- Responsible for daily outlet opening and closing
- Responsible for outlet revenue monthly set by management
- Ensuring good safety practices of employees and guests
- Provide on-the-job training and development of team
- Manage the inventory & control cost of goods and sales report
- Conduct outlet audit to upkeep standards
- Facilitate and maintain compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
- Deliver service performance and manage customers’ expectations
- Assist the HOD in managing and handling staff matters including grievances/ disciplinary matters
- Assist the HOD in implementing loss/risk prevention
- Any other ad hoc operational matters as assigned
- Manage and control quality processes
- Manage, lead and engage team to achieve the set target for sales
- Must possess integrity, drive and good communication skills
- At least 5 years relevant experience in food and beverage industry or hospitality
- Other Ad-hocs per requested
