Operations Assistant

Bukit Merah Estate

This role will be partially remote/work-from-home and will cover week nights and weekend duties.
Support the Head of Operations in day-to-day management of reservations, suppliers, service delivery and customer support. Work with business team to scale supplier network across Asia Pacific, and key cities in Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a meaningful role to:
  • Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the programs and services of Trransfer to maintain and where possible improve quality.
  • Utilise Trransfer’s proprietory web application and mobile platform to enter new reservations, monitor and complete delivery of services.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, chat or email for technical issues or reservation-related queries.
  • Prioritise and address, or escalate, service delivery issues accordingly.
  • Perform as Team Lead to the Offshore Customer Support team on shift duty.
  • Maintain new and existing supplier relationships for service quotations and/or availability of service.
  • Source new suppliers that meet the Trransfer standard of service and quality. Assist with onboarding (via online website or driver mobile app) of new suppliers.
  • Work with Head of Operations and suppliers to ensure pricing accuracy is above 99%.
  • Responsible for maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, among other fleet management duties.

  • Proficient in the use of software and online tools (reservations system, online booking tool, CRM, Microsoft Office).
  • You are reliable, resourceful and independent.
  • Responsiveness and ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with key business partners is critical.
  • You do not shy away from asking for help, or offer it to others.
  • Ability to evolve with changing landscapes, adapt to new requirements and to maximise resources in delivery.
  • An active interest in the latest technologies and trends.
  • Open to feedback with an open mindset to improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
