Operations Executive

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with clients, overseeing the entire operations process and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of wedding services operations, including photography, videography, decorations, pre-wedding photoshoots, and planning & coordination.
- Ensure events are executed flawlessly and meet the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage on-site operations during events, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Maintain excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the planning & coordination team to ensure all event details are accurately communicated and executed.
- Oversee the setup and quality of decorations, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and decorators to ensure cohesive and high-quality service delivery.
- Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Experience in the wedding services industry is highly valued.
- Hands-on experience in photography, videography and decorations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Tamil is required.

Job type: Full-time
Benefits: For this position, accommodation will be provided
Salary: $1.8K to $2.5K depends on experience (negotiable based on experience)
Starting Date: October 1st week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
