Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our eye screening services, managing studio operations, and supporting corporate events. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Coordinate and manage corporate eye screening events, including planning, setup, logistics, and post-event activities.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of eye care products, ensuring supplies are stocked and well-maintained for both studio operations and off-site events.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Liaise with corporate clients, suppliers, and the Vision Pal team to schedule screenings, arrange equipment, and manage bookings.
• Studio Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Vision Pal Studio, including customer service, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
• Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing invoices related to studio and event operations.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of services provided at the studio and corporate events, adhering to Vision Pal's standards and protocols.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
