About the Company
Rush Owl develops an AI-driven Mobility-as-a-Service(Maa S) platform for public transportation and logistics players, but we are looking to create our own digitized transportation network as well!
We are on a mission to create a digitized transportation ecosystem where personalized transportation can be unlocked for the people, by the people within our Rush Owl suite of products, ranging from direct B2C ride-sharing services to B2B Corporate Mobility Schemes. Our team spanning 3 countries (Singapore, Indonesia, and India) operates in an open, fast-paced environment where every team member is recognized for their skills and accomplishments, rather than their designations.
About the Role
As an Operations Intern, your primary goal is to enhance our Singapore Operations through leasing partnerships with our driver partners.
You’re the behind-the-scenes hero who is always seeking to make things efficient & convenient for others. You thrive in a fast-paced work setting, and are open to communicating with all stakeholders across our lessee-driver ecosystem.
You are confident in building and maintaining a brand that our passengers trust and love. You have strong evidence of strong leadership and task management skills.
So what does a typical work week look like for you?

Assist in following up with driver partners' interests in leasing with Rush Owl
Assist in working with operations department to ensure driver partners' interests are managed
Participate in managing vehicle stakeholders to make sure satisfactory services are provided.
Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly.
Exercise Documentation Practices to ensure all data/information is documented timely for future actionable and case studies.
Ensure the well-being of driver partners

Tertiary Education

Other Important Information

This is a Full-Time Role, applicable to those in Singapore.
Minimum commitment of 3 months is preferred.
You will report directly to the senior management team of Rush Owl.

Pay: $1,000.00 per month
