Who We're Looking For:

• Oversee daily operations and staff at multiple outlets
• Ensure stores meet operational standards
• Train, support, and lead store managers and teams
• Manage inventory, orders, and store performance
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues
• Monitor sales targets and ensure profitability
• Fluent in English and good communicator
• Available when needed, including working at stores when required
• Work on continuous improvement of store processes
