Operations Manager

- Responsible for the financial performance, including profit and loss management and implementing effective cost control measures.
- Manage the budget and forecasts for the brands to meet or exceed management expectations.
- Develop and recommend business marketing plans aimed at increasing sales.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the opening of new outlets.
- Oversee the daily operations
- Maintain and enhance the overall performance of the brands through regular cost analysis and process monitoring.
- Supervise food and operational safety to ensure a welcoming environment for patrons.
- Drive operational efficiencies by providing leadership that supports the organisation’s service culture and maximises customer satisfaction.
- Establish operational procedures and standards to ensure service quality and full compliance with the organization’s SOPs, policies, and service standards.
- Maintain product and service quality standards through ongoing evaluations, complaint investigations, and corrective actions.
- Supervise and develop a team of area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors, and service staff to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Senior Management
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
