Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project costing and budget. overall planning, scheduling and resource deployment of the project

• Responsible for the overall operational metrics and smooth day-to-day project operations

• To formulate operations strategies and plans to reduce costs and optimise profits

• To ensure all prerequisite project documentations are in place and QESH information is delivered prior to start work

• To ensure materials purchased and service rendered are in accordance to project specifications and requirements

• Ensure all project mandatory documentation is properly maintained

• Inspect and ensure all work procedures and service rendered are in compliance with statutory requirements and internal QEHS policies and procedures

• Attend to project meetings and all other project matters

• Working with customer, subcontractor, consultant and project team to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of the project with quality workmanship

• Ensure works done with supporting customers’ work orders & billed

• Partner with other functional heads for operations improvement, efficiency and productivity

• Managing customers complains and service expectations

• Attend site survey or site show round when necessary

• Partner with Business Development Team in tendering to secure new business opportunities and maintain renewal of existing term contracts
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 5 years of site operations experience in Electrical or Engineering industries

• Proficient in MS Office Applications

• Good interpersonal and communication skill

• Good planning and organisational skills

• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

• Singapore Class 3 Driving License (preferable)
