OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE (PAYA LEBAR)

Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to promote our adhesive tape products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market trends.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, specifically in hardware and industrial products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Singapore driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Basic Salary: $3,000
- Transport Allowance: $1,100
- Mobile Phone Allowance: $100
- Commission: $500 and above
- 5-day work week
- 14 days annual leave
