Cornerstone Advisory is dedicated to providing exceptional financial services and insights to our clients. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring all details are handled efficiently
- Prepare and organise financial reports, presentations, and other documents
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
Requirements:
- min A levels or polytechnic diploma
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
