Burmese Speaking Part-Time Operations Assistant Needed! Looking for a flexible and rewarding part-time job?
We are looking for a fluent Burmese speaker to join our dynamic team! As a Part-Time Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting Myanmar patients who require assistance during their visits to hospitals in Singapore.
Medical Assistance:
· Perform general administrative tasks such as call the clinic to make an appointment, patient's enquiries and scheduling.
· Accompany Myanmar patients to appointments at hospitals and assist them in communicating with doctors and other medical staff.
· Ensure the comfort and needs of patients are met during their visits.
· Arrange in- and out-patient treatment globally. Ensure proper communication with all stakeholders: members, next-of-kin, brokers, HR, providers, etc.
· Provide travel assistance and arrange concierge services: hotels, car transfers
· Provide assistance to seniors on monitoring programs
· Provide operational support for growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations
Job requirements:
· Speak and write fluent and accurate Burmese
· Candidate must: 1) have good judgement and strong problem-solving skills, 2) have ability to handle responsibility, 3) have good temperament and interpersonal skills, 4) be able to take initiative and work independently
