Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the biotech and life sciences sectors, in both collaborations and sales.
• Development of sales plan and execution of the plan.
• Regularly visit customers and prospects to maintain relationships and promote products. Engage with customers to understand their needs and present solutions that meet those needs.
• Monitor sales constantly based on opportunities, sales leads and quotations, and follow through on the overall purchasing process.
• Interact with customer to provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding cell culture media applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Assist in marketing events.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
• To keep up to date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry.
• Good knowledge of cell culture techniques and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An organized, meticulous, and disciplined person with a good eye for details.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to meet people around Singapore as required.
