JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all daily checklists are updated before start of production and sign.
- Ensure production output and schedule meets the requirements of customers and production targets.
- Monitor and ensure production SOP & WHS are strictly complied.
- Ensure the process workflow is strictly adhered to at all times.
- Ensure maintain good housekeeping and perform general facility maintenance.
- Identify, assess and analyze the problems (if any) and improve the process.
- Report immediately to the Assistant Manager or HOD where facility issues arise.
- Direct and ensure that quality control perimeters are strictly followed.
- Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested.
- Minimum "O" Level/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma
- Min 1 year relevant work experience in Manufacturing & ISO 9001 (related field will be an added advantage)
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
